Warranty & repairs

Every dishwasher includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. It covers faults under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Your statutory rights against TRUESCAND HOME are separate and are not limited to this one-year period.

Contact TRUESCAND HOME with your order reference, model number and a description of the fault. Keep useful photographs or video. We will help you follow the manufacturer’s warranty process. Any longer cover provided by the manufacturer remains available. Faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods are also covered by your statutory rights; contact us even if the manufacturer’s warranty has ended.
