You have 14 days from delivery to tell us that you want to return your order. No reason is needed. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
TRUESCAND HOME covers the return costs. The customer brings the appliance to our returns point in Sweden. Contact us with your order reference before travelling to agree the handover and how the return costs will be covered. You can notify us of cancellation by email or the form below; prior approval is not required.
For a valid cancellation, we refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return. Return costs are paid by TRUESCAND HOME. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
